TWILIGHT REALM OF HAUNTING SPIRITS
After doing some research on these temples, I found that people always see spirits or ghosts in the twilight hours. There are also many acts that are taboo during that time, for fear of offending the spirits. The older generation says the overlapping of our world and the spirit realm creates the twilight, and so it is the usual time for burials. Thus, all of the photos in this book were taken in the twilight hours, to evoke that feeling of other worldliness.
